Review time per tissue slide, −92%
Pathologists reviewed about 18,000 gigapixel slides a year by hand. We built a deep-learning pipeline on AWS and passed GLP and 21 CFR Part 11 audits first time.
The repetitive jobs that require domain know-how, such as turning an RFQ into a quote, can now be handed to AI. Your people spend their time on the panels and on winning the next job. We set it up around how your shop works, run it, and keep improving it.
START WITH ONE WORKFLOW. A PERSON APPROVES EVERY DECISION. NOTHING CHANGES UNTIL YOU CHOOSE.

From RFQ to shipped panel, these are the repetitive jobs we hear about most from panel manufacturers. They are not the only ones. We take them on one at a time, starting with the one that costs you most.

Prepare the paperwork ↗An illustration, not a benchmark: 30 quotes a month, 8 hours each, at $65 an hour. It shows what the current process costs, not what you would save. The pilot measures that on your own quotes.
Try it with your numbersWe start with one workflow, prove it on your own work, then add the next. Quote preparation is ready for a pilot today; the others are planned and will be shaped with our first partners. Have a different job in mind? Tell us about it ↗
We are an AI product engineering firm. We build and run AI for the specific jobs your team repeats, not a generic tool.
We start from the actual jobs your team does: quoting, BOMs, purchasing, paperwork. Then we build AI for each one.
Your drawings, parts and quote format. We fit the workflow to you.
Nothing goes out without your team’s approval. AI does the preparation, and your people make every decision.
NDA before anything is shared. Your data is never shared with other shops. What we learn about the work itself improves the product for everyone.
The pilot has a bounded scope and success measures agreed up front. Your subscription starts only once you sign off the result, so you decide with evidence.
Steady Rabbit has been building technology since 2016, including our own product OneAD, which grew past 30 million users. AI product engineering is what we do every day.

Generative-AI token spend
After usage grew 180% in three months, AI costs spiked. We rebuilt the backend on serverless LangChain and LangGraph, and response time fell from 2.1 s to 0.66 s.
Forecast accuracy
We unified 24 data sources into one platform and built forecasting that also lifted unit fill rate to 97%, in 24 weeks.
Steady Rabbit client engagements in other industries. Panel-specific results come from your pilot, and you can explore a sample quote now.
It starts with a 20-minute call. We agree what done looks like, run the pilot on your own data, and your annual subscription starts only after you sign off.
We sign the NDA and agree the scope together: one workflow, the success measures and exactly what done looks like. Only then do any drawings or prices change hands.
We run about 10 of your past RFQs beside your live work, as if they had just arrived, so nothing you rely on changes.
A short report against the success measures you set. If it falls short, we refine and run it again until it meets the definition of done.
One annual subscription per workflow covers running it, support and improvements. You already know it works on your own data, so this is not an experiment.
How you are protected. The pilot has a bounded scope and success measures agreed before it starts. Concerns about your data, or about how our two teams will work together, are tested against those measures. At the end you decide whether to go on, and the subscription starts only after you sign off.

Read the guide ↗Probably, if you build custom panels to customer drawings: UL 508A control-panel shops, integrators with an in-house panel shop, and switchgear or switchboard builders. You are likely a fit if you quote from drawings or supplied BOMs, build BOMs in Excel or by hand, and want to keep your current ERP and tools. Probably not a fit if you sell only standard catalogue panels.
No. Quoting is where we start, because the pain is clear and we can test it on your past quotes. Price alerts, revision tracking, purchasing checks and UL 508A documentation are planned next, shaped with our first partners. We add a workflow only when the first one is working for you. Improvements to a workflow you subscribe to are included; new workflows and new integrations are scoped separately. These five are our suggestions, not a fixed list. If your team has a different repetitive job, bring it to us and we will look at it the same way.
It depends on the task. AI is useful on repetitive work that follows patterns but needs some judgement, and poor where nobody can check the result. That is why every workflow has a person reviewing the output, and why we test it on your own past work before you rely on it.
No. Your estimator reviews, corrects and approves every quote. We take on the preparation, not the decision.
The pilot measures accuracy on your drawings, line by line, and shows you exactly where review is needed.
Not everything. Clean PDFs and structured BOMs are the easiest. Hand-marked scans and unusual conventions are harder. The pilot shows where the line is for your shop.
No. We start from the files you already export and the quote format you already use. Integrations come later, only if they make sense. No EPLAN, CAD or ERP connector is implied by this website.
Panel makers are a new focus for Steady Rabbit, which is why we begin with a pilot on your own past quotes: with the scope and the definition of done agreed in writing, so the risk is not yours.
We sign an NDA before any drawings or prices are shared, and agree access, storage, retention and deletion. Drawings and prices come after the NDA, never through the inquiry form.
A pilot typically takes 4–6 weeks. We agree the scope and the definition of done in writing before it starts, and we go through the commercial terms on the call. We keep refining until the result meets that definition, and your annual subscription starts only once you sign off. If it falls short, you do not continue.
Your people. Electrical design, part suitability, compliance and the final customer quote stay with your qualified team.
A 20-minute call. We listen first, walk you through it, and tell you whether it fits. No drawings needed.
