Privacy Policy

Steady Rabbit · Last updated 1 November 2026

This policy explains what personal information Steady Rabbit collects through this website (ai.steadyrabbit.in), why, who sees it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors and to people who send us a demo or pilot request.

Who we are

The website is operated by Steady Rabbit ("Steady Rabbit", "we", "us"), an India-based company. For privacy questions, requests and complaints, including our grievance contact under Indian law, write to contact@steadyrabbit.in.

What we collect

  • What you send us. If you use the demo request form or email us, we collect your name, work email address, company, the workflow you are interested in, and anything you write in the message box.
  • Basic technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
  • Cookies and analytics. At the time of writing this site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add them, for example site analytics or LinkedIn advertising measurement, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Please do not put drawings, prices, customer data or other confidential or personal information in the form. We sign a non-disclosure agreement before any such material is shared, and it is exchanged outside the website.

How we use it, and our legal basis

  • To reply to your request, arrange the 20-minute call and discuss a possible pilot. This is based on your request and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
  • To keep the website secure and working. Legitimate interest.
  • To contact you about our services where you have asked us to, or where the law allows. You can opt out of any marketing message at any time.
  • To meet legal obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the website and handle enquiries, under appropriate terms: our form-handling provider (Formspree), our website hosting and delivery provider (Cloudflare), and our email provider. We may also disclose information where the law requires it or to protect our rights. We will tell you if the business is reorganised or sold and your information is transferred.

International transfers

Our providers may process information outside India, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request and for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or a contract. We then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for access to your personal information, to correct or delete it, to withdraw consent, to object to or restrict certain use, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to nominate someone to exercise your rights. This includes rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, where they apply, the GDPR, the UK GDPR and US state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. To use a right, write to contact@steadyrabbit.in. We will respond within the time the applicable law allows. If you are not satisfied, you can contact your local data protection authority.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections to this site. No internet service is completely secure.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

This site links to other websites, including our company site and LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are their own.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will give notice of material changes on this page.
