testing—and why.
Before a pilot starts, we agree a scope with you in writing:
- A named workflow and process owner
- Representative inputs and expected outputs
- A baseline and acceptance criteria
- Human review and exception boundaries
- Deliverables, fee and a target timeline
- A go / revise / stop decision at the end
A pilot typically takes 4–6 weeks. We agree the scope and the definition of done in writing first, and your subscription starts only once you sign off. We sign an NDA before any drawings or prices are shared. An annual deployment is a separate decision.
